1. Agreement

By using AppCrawl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AppCrawl is operated by Future Spin LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17006460), with registered address at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AppCrawl. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

4. The service

AppCrawl provides automated exploration and recording of Android mobile applications for competitive analysis purposes. The service installs, navigates, and records apps on cloud-based devices using AI-driven automation.

You may only use AppCrawl to analyse applications that you have a legitimate business reason to review. You must not use the service to extract proprietary code, circumvent security measures, or violate any application's terms of service.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all crawl recordings, screenshots, and reports generated through AppCrawl. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from applications being crawled.
  • Use the service to circumvent application security measures or access controls.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls of AppCrawl itself.
  • Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep AppCrawl available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCrawl and Future Spin LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
